The Psychiccers are super-powered humans which serve as the main drive in the Psychic Force series plot. They all possess special ESP abilities which manifest in different ways depending on the individual, either having control over elemental powers or time/space manipulation. Though born as regular humans, they develop their abilities as they grow up, manifesting them under high emotional stress.
The existence of psychiccers is widely recognized by the major world governments, while the general populace is ignorant of their presence. Said governments are aware of the power they possess and believe that such power could even replace the need of nuclear weapons. As a result, many psychiccers would end captured and taken to military facilities to be experimented on, being subjected to many inhuman experiments. This would cause many of them to revolt and unite, culminating in the creation of NOA, under the leadership of Keith Evans.
