Carlo Belfrond (カルロ・ベルフロンド) is a character introduced in Psychic Force 2012.
Story[]
Carlo is a loyal follower of Keith Evans who convinced him to form Neo-NOA after the group's base was destroyed by Wong. Most of the command of Neo-NOA is taken by him, and he also undertakes the repair of military weapons, using his sharp brain and ESP. After many of his comrades ended dead or captured by the Psychic Army due to Gudeath's betrayal he went on a personal quest for revenge.
Fighting Style[]
Carlo excels as a ranged fighter, using his water powers to create various projectiles, barriers and bubble traps.
